• You may return undamaged soap bars in their original packaging, unopened, for a refund. The return ship date must be within 14 days after you receive your soap to qualify for a refund. Return shipping on undamaged soap bars is the responsibility of the purchaser.

• We cannot refund a product if it has been opened and/or used.
